Property Management

We offer the following services:

  • Collect the rentals and all charges from the units and exercise reasonable credit control in respect of all amounts payable or owing by tenants.

  • Inspect the building and report to the owner in respect of all items that are considered necessary or essential to the smooth running of the building.

  • Arrange for repairs and general maintenance of the property in conjunction with the owner and to recover from the unit such repair costs, as they are liable for in law.

  • Pay, on behalf of the owner, all approved expenses arising from the administration of the property (security, salaries, municipal bills etc.).

  • Surplus funds to be paid out to the owner at month-end.

  • Monitoring the City of Johannesburg municipal accounts.

  • Supervising contractors.
  • Producing monthly rent statements, rent rolls, and disbursement statements.

  • Producing managerial reports every 3 months.
