Sectional Title Management

JOHANNESBURG PROPERTY SERVICES was founded in 1989 and we currently administer numerous Sectional Schemes. We have over 35 years of experience and continually strive to add value to our client's property assets. We operate a Trust account, are registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA), hold a Fidelity Fund certificate and are audited annually.

JPS's sectional scheme management covers the full management requirements of the Sectional Titles Scheme Management Act and we offer the following services:

  • Credit control and levy collection
  • Drawing and delivery of monthly levy statements
  • Monthly financial reporting and payment of available funds to the BC by way of Levy Rolls and Disbursement statements
  • Dealing with owner queries and owner support
  • Payment of and accounting of approved expenses
  • Receipt, administration and payment of local authorities accounts once approval is obtained from Trustees
  • Administration of staff payroll
  • Supervising cleaning, security, Iift and/or other contractors
  • Ensuring compliance with all legislation
  • Attending to AGM/ SGM / Trustees Meetings (notice, attending, taking minutes and circulating minutes and resolutions)
  • Submitting annual returns to CSOS
  • Preparing and issuing of Clearance Certificates
  • Preparing and submitting a quarterly Management Pack to Trustees
